allows you to manage each help center's plans individually.
Click on the control panel in the top menu bar.
Click on the name of the help center in the main help centers section.
Current plan information
From the side menu, click on Subscription, then select the current plan.
You will be able to view the following information:
- Plan type, subscription value and renewal date
- Advantages of the current plan
Change of plan
From the side menu, click on Subscription, then select Upgrade Subscription
You can choose a different plan and then click on Change Plan .

- When upgrading to a higher plan, the new plan is applied immediately, and the price difference between the previous and new plans is deducted.
- When the plan is downgraded, the discounted price is applied and automatically deducted when the current plan subscription ends.
