Custom Domain

When you subscribe to Zaetoon, you are provided with a domain name in the following format: example.zaetoon.com. This domain name appears as a link to the Help Center, and messages are sent via email to support@example.zaetoonemail.com .

If you choose to link a custom domain such as help.example.com or support.example.com with the Help Center, you will get the following:

  • Using the domain as a link to the help center makes it easier for customers to access it.
  • Sending messages to customers; customers will receive your messages through the added domain, for example, help.example.com

To link the domain, follow these steps. Note that these can only be implemented by the Help Center creator :

Range settings

In the main Olive app, click on Control Panel .

Then click on the name of the help center.

Then select the range.

Activate the custom domain  option and add the domain name, then press save.

Connecting the domain with an external service provider

You can now follow the steps to connect the domain through the service provider you subscribed to. We have provided a visual explanation of how to connect on the GoDaddy website, the Namecheap website, and the Name.com website. You can choose one of them to continue.

If you have subscribed to other sites not mentioned above, you can apply the same steps, as most sites work in the same way, or you can refer to explanatory articles from the service itself.

Check the settings

After adding all the sending and routing logs to the domain via your chosen hosting site, whether it's GoDaddy, Namecheap, Name.com, or another site, go to the domain  in the Help Center settings and click the " Check settings in sending and routing logs to the domain" button to ensure the process was successful.

If everything is done correctly, the red icons will turn green. This process may take some time.

If you encounter any problem, you can contact the support team for assistance.

Adding the domain to mailboxes

Now you can send messages to customers through this domain via the following steps:
