Creating Helpdesk

After logging in to Hsoub or creating a new account, you can start creating a Helpdesk to communicate with your customers and respond to their inquiries. Follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Pricing tab

Select the payment method and the subscription plan that suits you, then click Get Started.


Basic Help Center Information

Enter the following details:

1. Helpdesk Name

Enter a name for your Help Center. Example: Art Academy Help Center.

2. Primary Helpdesk Email

This email is used to send default messages. Example: support@artacademy.com

3. Subdomain

Example: artacademy.zaetoon.com
This link will appear as the address of your Helpdesk. You can later change it by adding a custom domain such as: support.artacademy.com

4. Primary Admin Account Information

This includes:

- First name and last name

- Account owner's email

- Account password

After reviewing the above information, click Next.


Company Information

In the Tell us about you section, select the following from the available options:

Your website or online store link

- Your company’s industry

- Number of employees

- How you currently provide customer support

- How you heard about Zaetoon

Then click Next.


Plan & Subscription

When subscribing to one of the paid plans, you will receive a 15-day free trial. You may cancel at any time.

To complete your subscription, provide the following details:

1. Payment Method

Choose monthly or annual billing according to your needs. You can save the cost of two months by choosing annual billing.

2. Subscription Plan

Zaetoon offers three plans: Free, Basic, and Professional. Choose the plan that best fits your business.

3. Payment Details

Add a Credit Card

Zaetoon allows users to pay for paid plans using a credit card.
Enter your full name as it appears on the card, the 16-digit card number, the expiration date (MM/YY), the 3-digit CVC, and your country’s ZIP code.

Add a Coupon

Zaetoon allows adding discount coupons to plans. If you have a coupon, enter its code in the designated field XXXXXXX, then click Apply.

4. Invoice Details

After selecting the plan, Zaetoon will display your invoice details, such as the plan price, trial period, and total amount.

After reviewing the information, click Create Helpdesk.


Notes

The Free plan gives you a lifetime free subscription. It can only be activated for one Helpdesk.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, no amount will be charged to your card until the 15-day trial ends.

If you have multiple projects and want to create a separate Helpdesk for each, click + New Helpdesk.

If you are on a paid plan and create a new Helpdesk, the 15-day trial of the first Helpdesk will be canceled and a new invoice will be issued.
