In the main menu , click on Control Panel in the top menu bar.
Payment methods
From the settings menu , select payment methods .
You can view the card used to pay the subscription, or add a new card to the account and set it as the default from card management .
Subscription period
From the settings menu , select the subscription period.
You can also change the subscription period you previously set by choosing the new payment method, and then clicking on Change Subscription Period .
- If the subscription period is changed from annual to monthly , the new subscription will take effect upon the expiry of the current subscription.
- If the subscription period is changed from monthly to annual, the new subscription will be applied immediately and the subscription fee will be deducted, excluding any remaining balance from the previous monthly subscription.
Pending changes
From the settings menu , select pending changes .
You can view details of the changes expected to be made to your subscription in the Help Center when the current period ends and you renew for the next period.
You can cancel changes to the subscription by clicking on Cancel changes .
Billing Information
From the settings menu , select Billing Information
You can add any invoice information in this field, and click " Save Data" to use it in future invoices.
